PPB has no control over linked websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. 

Terms of sale:

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees made as to delivery times are limited to Northern Ireland and subject to any local, regional or seasonal postal delays, for which we will not be responsible. 

Complaints:

Please let us know if you have any complaints; we will aim to resolve any disputes as soon as possible. All complaints should be sent to info@prettyposieboutique.co.uk.

Returns/ refunds policy:

We want you to love your purchase(s) so if your order does not fulfil your expectations we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of you receiving your order. Just email us at info@prettyposieboutique.co.uk stating your name, invoice number (if known) and your reason for returning your purchase(s). Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will refund the order value, less the delivery charge, to the original purchasing card/ account.

SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Personalized items are non-refundable. We can't accept liability for loss of or damage to return items before they reach us.

It can take 7-14 days for your refund to be fully processed. Important: your returned item(s) must be unused/ unworn and in the same condition you received it with the tags still attached. We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items outside the terms of this policy.
